Early Charm, a company that turns scientific discoveries into new ventures, has opened a new 26,000-square-foot production shop at 1300 Bayard Street in Pigtown, with plans to create 115 jobs over the next four years. The facility will grow custom manufacturing of advanced materials — much of it based on ideas from local universities — and support 30 new ventures.
