Baltimore Healthy Start is putting down deeper roots in West Baltimore. The program, which has supported local families since 1991, has opened a new office at the Bethel Empowerment and Wellness Center, 1429 McCulloh St. — its first dedicated neighborhood site in the area in more than a decade. The new space will serve as a hub for health services, care coordination, and educational programming for families.
