Ambrose Kennedy Park is getting a major glow-up. The Parks & People Foundation, together with the Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks, has won a $437,500 grant from the National Recreation and Park Association’s Great Urban Parks Campaign — one of only four awarded nationwide. The funding will revitalize the 1.75-acre park in East Baltimore’s Johnson Square neighborhood, turning it into a vibrant green space for the community to enjoy. Source: CityBuzz Baltimore
