Hoist the colors, Baltimore — one of our own galleries just turned twenty! Galerie Myrtis opened its anniversary exhibition “Stars and Stripes: Pride, Protest & Promise” on Friday, reimagining the American flag through the eyes of 18 artists — including Baltimore standouts Devin Allen, Tawny Chatmon, and Jerrell Gibbs. Two decades of championing Black contemporary art deserves a voyage-sized celebration, and this one runs through February 5, 2027 at 2224 N Charles St.
