Ahoy, Maryland creatives! The Maryland State Arts Council has opened its treasure chest of MSAC Creativity Grants for projects — and there’s booty for both dreamers and doers.
Charting a new course? The Planning & Development grant offers up to $2,000 for research and development of a proposed project. Ready to set sail? The Implementation grant brings up to $4,000 to execute a specific arts project, event, or program.
The bounty is open to independent artists and Maryland arts organizations, with applications reviewed monthly on a rolling basis through March 2027. That’s plenty of tides to catch, mateys!
