The short version: Ahoy, Baltimore! The Baltimore Department of Transportation is testing a brand-new post-game traffic pattern after Sunday’s Ravens game — and if it works, it could become permanent.
The Ravens host the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, October 25 at 1 p.m. at M&T Bank Stadium, with pregame road closures around the stadium starting around 8 a.m. After the game, two eastbound lanes will exit Lot H onto West Street, continue eastbound on West Street and turn right onto Hanover Street. Hanover Street will operate with two southbound lanes between West and Wells streets, with traffic managed by Baltimore Police officers and Department of Transportation personnel.
Existing intersection closures and the northbound traffic detour at Wells Street remain unchanged, and the department will evaluate the new pattern’s effectiveness to see if it should become permanent. Drivers are advised to use the Waze app for live detour information. Smooth sailing, Charm City!
